All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from 13Taxis.Com via email or SMS.

By submitting a booking request you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all passengers.

13Taxis.Com reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or free reschedule.

Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to bookings@13taxis.com.au or via our Contact page.

Airport pickups: 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time. Additional waiting beyond this period may incur a per-minute charge — please enquire for details.

All other pickups: 10 minutes of complimentary waiting is included from the booked pickup time. Additional waiting may incur a per-minute charge — please enquire for details.

The driver will make reasonable attempts to contact the passenger during any waiting period. 13Taxis.Com is not liable for missed pickups resulting from passengers being unreachable.

A no-show occurs when the passenger cannot be located within the applicable complimentary waiting window and is not reachable by phone.

No-shows are charged at 100% of the booked fare. No refund will be issued.

If you believe your no-show was caused by circumstances beyond your control, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation unless a corporate account or deferred invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Fixed fares are as quoted at the time of booking. Additional charges (waiting time, tolls, additional stops) will be communicated prior to or during the trip and are payable on completion.

Invoices for corporate accounts are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments attract interest at 2% per month.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact us directly at bookings@13taxis.com.au to resolve any billing dispute. We aim to respond within one business day.

Chargebacks that are found to be unwarranted — for example, where the service was delivered as booked — will be disputed and any associated bank fees may be on-charged to the cardholder; please enquire for specifics.

13Taxis.Com maintains full booking and payment records and will provide evidence to the acquiring bank in all disputed transactions.

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. 13Taxis.Com reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or illegal.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger (including soiling requiring professional cleaning) may be charged to the card on file. Minimum cleaning fees may apply — please enquire for details.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted in vehicles unless expressly arranged for a specific event booking.

13Taxis.Com is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the journey in question. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages, including missed flights or connecting services.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
